IMHAANZ Membership
These terms and conditions govern IMHAANZ membership. By becoming a member you indicate that you have read and understand the terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
Membership
When you become a member you agree to the following:
• You are solely responsible for your membership, including security of your password. Sharing of your membership is not permitted.
• All membership details are up to date, accurate, and truthful. You will update your information as it changes.
Intellectual Property
All content made available to members is the property of the creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos and documents.
Third-Party Goods & Services (including links to websites)
Members may be offered goods and services from a third party. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by a third party.
Limited Liability
IMHAANZ Executive will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) from being a member of IMHANNZ.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Changes
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time to maintain compliance with NZ law and to reflect changes in how we operate as an organisation. We will notify members of changes by email and post changes on our website.
